These dimensions were chosen based on the fact that it should kick
ass. They have since been modifed a little. 20' on end where
garage door will be has been changed to 24'. 16' dimension
has been changed to 12'. Other 20' dimension has been changed to
16'. 50' dimension has been changed to 46'. Think of it as
two buildings attached together 30X 36 and 24 X 16.
